The bright-red roof and white brick of the downtown Bellevue Dairy Queen will be replaced by a shiny, taupe-colored office and retail complex.
The Bravern will loom over the corner of Northeast Eighth Street and 112th Avenue Northeast, stretching west over an entire block to 110th Avenue Northeast.

Retail space at The Bravern is more than doubling from initial plans, according to Bellevue owner/developer, Schnitzer West, LLC. Plans have been submitted to the City of Bellevue for a three-level, 125,000 square foot Neiman Marcus store at The Bravern and an Application for Design Review has been filed to increase retail space from approximately 133,000 square feet to more than 300,000 square feet.
