Holiday Parking

The Bravern is pleased to announce its extended validation for your holiday shopping and dining. Effective November 20th, with a validation* from any of The Bravern’s boutiques or restaurants, every guest will receive 6 hours of free parking on weekdays as well as free parking on Saturdays and Sundays.

Extended holiday parking validation and complimentary weekend parking will be effective November 20, 2009 through January 3, 2010.

*No purchase is necessary to receive parking validation.

Meet them in-person every Friday through Sunday, between November 27th and December 20th as well as on the first day of Winter - December 21st. See dates below.

The Giving Tree

The Shops at The Bravern is proud to partner with three local charities to support the health and wellbeing of the women and children in our community. Please stop by our Giving Tree located on Level 2 adjacent to Neiman Marcus and share the gift of hope.

Help Bellevue Schools Foundation create learning opportunities for all students in the Bellevue School District:

$50 – Provides supplies for a new teacher to create an engaging classroom.
$100 – Buys books for a student book club where kids learn to love reading.
$250 – Matches a struggling student with a caring mentor.
$1,000 – Helps students achieve excellence.

Support Dress for Success – Seattle as they help low-income women from all of King County transition from unemployment to the workplace.

$50 – Provides one visit to Dress for Success in which women self-select one complete business/casual outfit, including shoes, accessories, undergarments & hygiene products.
$100 – Provides an interview suiting, including outfit, shoes, purse, undergarments, and accessories selected with the help of an expert personal dresser.
$250 – Provides an interview suiting and an employment suiting (2 or more outfits to help build a working wardrobe).
$1,000 – Helps a woman launch a career.

Give to Washington Women In Need to improve the lives of low-income women in our state through grants for education and health care.

$50 – Gives a woman the opportunity to receive mental health counseling so she can learn the tools to create a brighter future.
$100 – Provides a woman with dental care so she can be healthy, free from pain and able to smile again.
$250 – Contributes to the cost of tuition or text books so a woman can complete her education, fulfill her goals, get a good job and provide for her family.
$1,000 – Helps a woman create a new future for herself.

Jack danced through The Bravern
one frosty night,
when something magical
caught his sight.

“Oh my goodness,
what could it be?
Trophy Cupcakes
just for me!”

He pushed on the door
and gave it a nudge,
but to his dismay,
the door didn't budge.

He turned to leave
and took a stride,
when he heard a sweet voice
call from inside.

“Would you like a cupcake
fresh from the oven?
We can't sell misshapen ones
and I have a dozen!”

As Jack gazed in awe
at this beautiful creature,
he noticed her ears,
a quite unique feature.

“What's your name?” Jack asked,
his heart aching,
“I’m Joy Lynn Bell, and
I'm new to baking.

I'm a winter faerie.
I make snowflakes and ice.
But I lost my faerie dust, so
this will have to suffice.”

“I’m a winter faerie, too!
My name is Jack Frost.
I’ve been so alone.
I thought our kind was lost.

I have plenty of faerie dust
and I think you're so nice,
won’t you come with me
to frost windows with ice?”

“I would love to,” Joy cried
as they began to dance,
and that was the start
of their new romance.

They’ve been together since
that fateful night,
Frosting windows and cupcakes
’til morning light.
